Updates: 
During the calucuation of normalized expressinon values there was an error in background noise estimation 
which impacted the low expressed genes.  It did not impact the raw read counts. 

All expression data matrices have been updated here, along with a detailed documentation:

For reference, all original data files are still available in the directory '2014_09_15'.
